We love summer and we love watermelon. Sticky sweet watermelon dripping down chins and fingers is the stuff of summertime dreams in this house. After a long hard winter we have been even more excited for watermelon season. We’re working on our third watermelon in a month and I don’t see us getting tired of it anytime soon. However, I have been experimenting with new recipes to keep it from getting old. Here are 8 watermelon recipes we are trying this summer.
